Like any website, our hosting provider receives basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the date and time of your visit. We also use Google Analytics to see how visitors find and use the site, such as which pages they view and whether they tap to call. It uses cookies to recognize a returning browser, but it doesn’t tell us who you are.
We do not run advertising, Google Analytics’ advertising features are switched off, and we do not use tracking pixels.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:

- Keep the website secure and protect it from spam and abuse
- See which pages are useful so we can improve the site

3. Services We Use
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the website. They only receive the information they need to do their part.
- Cloudflare hosts the website, delivers contact form messages to our email inbox, and provides Turnstile, a privacy-friendly check that keeps bots from spamming our form. Cloudflare also provides our Web Analytics, which do not use cookies, and runs Google Analytics for us from our own website, so your browser doesn’t load Google’s code. - Google: Gmail is where contact form messages and emails arrive, and Google Analytics counts visits and shows how people find and use the site. See Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Our fonts and images, including the map on our Service Areas page (drawn from OpenStreetMap data), are served from our own website. Links to Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn and Google reviews take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.
4. Cookies and Offline Storage
We do not use cookies for advertising. Google Analytics uses cookies on our website to count visits, and Cloudflare may use strictly necessary cookies or similar signals to protect the site from bots. Our website can also save pages and images on your device so it loads faster and works offline; this stays in your browser and is not sent to us. See our Cookies Policy for details.
5. How Long We Keep Information
We keep contact messages and job records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal, tax and insurance obligations, and then delete them.
6. Your Choices and Rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal reasons

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. The website is served over HTTPS, and the contact form is protected against spam and abuse. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so please don’t send payment card numbers or other sensitive details through the contact form.

Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
